Low Tide Supply is the sample store on this demo. The floor repeats. Nothing on this site sends.

What the store sells
Carriers treat industries differently, so this decides how the store's texts are sent.
The industry is locked while the text registration is in review.
Sending
SendingTexts stay off until the SMS terms are accepted and the carrier registration is approved. The number is assigned automatically.
Read the SMS termsShipping texts
Text the customer when an order ships, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered. Each store connects its own ShipStation account. These go to the phone on the shipment, including people who only placed an order. Someone who replied STOP is skipped. SMS sending has to be on first.
Analytics links
Same idea as Klaviyo, Omnisend, and Attentive. The text or email carries a short omsnd.com link. After the tap, the store page can carry utm_source, utm_medium=sms or email, and the campaign name. Google Analytics reads those by itself. Each campaign also lists how many times each link was tapped.
Contact card
Attach this to a text in an automation, like the welcome text. Subscribers tap it to save the store, so later texts show the store's name and logo.
Automations
Turn on SMS opt-in first. Cart and payment texts only go to people who replied Y.
